Rent
Eagles Manor apartments are rented on a “full service” basis.
The monthly amount that you pay includes:
- The Apartment
- Heat
- Lights
- Water
- Air Conditioning
- Weekly Apartment Cleaning
- Storage Space
- All Recreational Facilities
- Use of Laundry Facilities

Up to a maximum rent, your monthly rate is based on your income. Rent subsidies are available for low-income persons. Contact the Eagles Manor office for rates based on your income.
